Dear Sales Leaders, Founders, and AEs,
I’m building MakeCase because I’ve watched too many deals run without the one thing they actually needed to win: A clear, credible business justification.
Every buyer wants answers to three questions — explicitly or silently: Why change? Why now? Why you?
But here’s the uncomfortable truth: We keep showing the same templated sales decks to every buyer, at every stage, and expect buying conviction to magically appear. Generic decks only create a gut-level reaction buyers rarely say out loud: The features are great but so what? Why should I care?
Stop Pitching. Make a Case.
Here's the thing. Every deal deserves a business case. Not just the biggest ones. Not just the late-stage ones. Every deal.
Because every serious buyer needs a reason to buy. Every buying committee needs a business outcome they can align around. And every champion needs a story and numbers that make them look like the hero.
But the problem is that creating business justification takes time. Writing a business case for champions, ROI justification for Execs, Value story for buying committee or economic impact document for procurement is hard work. And because they take time, they don’t get written at all.
That’s the gap MakeCase exists to close.
